Neighbors are quiet and keep to themselves with the exception of our heavy footed neighbors above us that seem to play basketball at odd times of the day. Amenities are great, pool, rec center nearby, stores are conveniently closeby and the shuttle is great that takes us to the metro Mon-Fri. Moving in was very easy and the office has been very helpful! We have had a few maintenance issues but they have been fixed quickly so far.
The maintenance folks work hard to keep the grounds clean but neighbors still leave trash about for the maintenance folks to pick up. We have daily roach sightings despite obsessive amounts of cleaning on our part and periodic inspection/treatment by the company contracted by the landlord. The laundry facilities aren't cheap and the machines don't work well so better value can be found at local laundromats.

They only answer the phone if they think you are a potential new tenant. So now I, as a paying resident have to park my car on the busy side street in order to avoid being towed. Which is another issue, they have zero parking available. Do not plan to go out for the night, because by 7pm there is no parking. This place is terrible, and no one should ever subject themselves to the horrible management that this place offers. Oh, and one last thing, these buildings flood regularly.

The situation of my street, Sheffield is so bad that mice have gotten into dry walks and heat vents and at night you can hear mice crawling and scratching. They are literally the worst management company that I’ve ever dealt with. Firstly, they refused to show me the apartment before I signed my lease. That should have tipped me off but I was stupid. When I moved in I quickly noticed the horrific roach infestation.
