Please think twice before moving here as you will regret it. This apartment complex is the worst complex I have ever lived at. I have been here for 7 months and have had multiple problems! The office is unorganized and understaffed, the apartments are infested with rats and roaches, and the community itself is not kept clean at all.
Mice issues, maintenance takes weeks, horrible management, No parcking either in the streets or inside the complexes. Let's face it, the real draw of these apartments is how affordable they are. For the DC area, inside the beltway, an apartment this cheap in a relatively safe area is rare. You just have to realize there are sacrifices for the value.
